African Rose Mallow Hibiscus is a beautiful hibiscus with attractive reddish purple foliage. Grown for it's attractive burgundy foliage. Pinkish red flowers appear late in the growing season. This water hibiscus makes nice accent plant for the water garden. Can easily be wintered over as a house plant. NOT AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO ARIZONA OR CALIFORNIA
