Red Ludwigia | Ludwigia repens
The red-green leaves of this oxygenating pond plant will grow up out of the water. Red Ludwigia can be grown as a submerged plant or as an emergent bog plant (rooted in shallow water and having most of its vegetative growth above water). It is a very good grower. Submerged pond plants compete with algae for nutrients in the water helping to keep your water garden clear.
