Annual Tropical Water Lilies
Tropical lilies are a beautiful centerpiece in your water garden. A tropical lily will steal the show with their large, exotic and pleasantly fragrant flowers. The flowers rise several inches out of the water and are more prolific than hardy lilies. Night-blooming tropical lilies are quite popular with pond owners who like to enjoy their ponds later in the evening or early morning. Flowers of the day-blooming lilies, open mid-morning and remain open until late afternoon or early evening. Night blooming lilies open at dusk and stay open until mid-morning or noon. Tropical lilies can safely be placed outdoors when the water temperatures are a consistent 72+ degrees. Tropical lilies that are marked as "Viviparous" will tolerate cooler water temperatures and bloom later into the fall months. Our lilies are shipped bare-root.
