Bloody Dock (Rumex sanguineus) - Bloody Dock is an ornamental foliage plant that is very easy to grow. It is also a beautiful herb that is an edible green. Tastes like a tangy spinach, nice to add to a salad. Long, green leaves are veined in deep purple and deep red. An attractive plant to accent the water garden edge.
