Vallisneria (Vallisneria americana)

Vallisneria submerged pond plant has ribbon-like leaves that will grow 24" to 36" long. Vallisneria needs to be potted in a pot with slightly sandy soil or can be directly planted into an earthen natural pond. They spread by stolons, which are a stem that curves toward the ground and takes root and then forms an upright stem and ultimately a separate plant. They will spread to deeper depths. 
NOTE: Vallisneria is sold as an individual plant - Minimum Quantity is 5
